One of the things that these movies highlighted is the importance of knowing exactly what to do because of the new changes in the economy. For the first time people are realizing that those jobs that were lost in the Great Recession that just happened are never coming back. So, that means millions of people have to be retrained to do the new work that is required for the economy to continue to grow. 

In the movie, Paul Zane Pilzer got right! 

He said, that with the new technology that displaced those people, 80% fall into this new category that has to be retrained for other work. We are the only industry that is properly positioned to solve this problem. So we are looking for people who understand that they are in the right place at the right time.

So what I am personally looking for is for someone, it could be you, that wants to capitalize on the trends that’s causing people to succeed in the new economy.
